We’re Shane and Jeff, two born-again Christians who believe in the power of fresh starts—both in life and in business. After years of running other businesses and living out our own stories of redemption, we decided it was time to bring our passion for hard work and our faith together to create BAC 40.
But here’s the thing—we like to have a little fun, too! If you’ve ever tried filming a simple introduction video and ended up with more bloopers than usable footage, then you’ll know exactly what we mean. Our attempts at recording a “serious” intro video quickly turned into a comedy show, full of forgotten lines, uncontrollable laughter, and moments where we just couldn’t keep it together. And honestly, that’s what BAC 40 is all about: doing great work, staying humble, and always finding time for a good laugh.
The Meaning Behind BAC 40
You might be wondering, “Why BAC 40?” It’s more than just a name; it’s a testament to our faith and our life’s journey. “BAC” stands for “Born Again Christians,” and the “40” represents the idea of the “Back 40” acres—a common term that refers to the less developed, more rugged part of a farm.
